At Herstory Beauty Academy, we are redefining vocational training through empowerment, inclusivity, and purpose-driven teaching. We are committed to delivering outstanding, accredited education that helps learners thrive in both life and career.

We are actively building a community of passionate and experienced professionals who share our mission to make education more equitable, inspiring, and transformative — especially for women and marginalised learners.

We welcome applications from:

  • Qualified Beauty & Aesthetics Tutors (VTCT and/or similar)

  • Hairdressing Educators

  • Trainers with real industry experience

  • Accredited Assessors (A1/CAVA)

  • IQAs/Internal Quality Assurers (L4+)

  • Support tutors with SEN or prison education experience

  • Guest experts in hair, skin, brows, business or wellbeing
